Our planet earth is full of surprises always and blue zones are one among such. There are places on this earth, where human life is longer as well as healthier too. There are few blue zones on this earth standing as a mystery with amazing wonders. People live in these places experiencing life span above 100 years besides having no health complications like rest of the world seen strained. These places got no disability and with no necessity for any medicines.
At present, 5 blue zones are identified all over the world. These were first announced by National Geographic Magazine’s in their 2005, November edition as “Secrets of Long Life” by Dan Buettner. There was above 5 years of on-ground investigation before publishing this post in 2005. This investigation revealed so many astonishing things about living healthier & longer. While the rest of world using technologies, diet plans, exercisers, equipment to acquire health, the people living in these blue zones simply following a daily routine that is very common, which is successfully making them healthier along with affording a long life span in addition.
