A Coming of Age Tale for Adults who might recall what it was like to be 11years old....

It is in the late 1980's. The time of Happy Days and Stephen King, small towns, and long lazy summers when Will-Fred and his family blew into Scottsburg, Indiana that fateful day. What Will-Fred lacks in size or status, he makes up for with outlandish dreams and loopy expectations, and when his family moves gypsy-like to yet another ’Perfect Town’, hope renews eternal he will make fast buddies among the school's uber-cool. That all changes.

Two 'loser'  boys need to grow up fast when they discover a voracious, soulless  Monster grows huge in a derelict factory in this perfect town, out where  sidewalks end and no one knows where you are....

Will-Fred is woefully neglected. Elmo has asthma. School kids hate them. How can they convince their peers, parents or town elders of the bloodcurdling danger? Then, they discover the most terrifying menace is much closer and more familar than their worst nightmares and they must take out the Monster on their own… anyway they can…..
