We are asked all the time what our secret to maintaining ourselves as lean, mean fat-burning machines is.  Our secret is simple: it boils down to what we put in our mouths.  This book is all about the right stuff to put in your mouth.  It’s the kind of stuff that will keep you looking and feeling great, both inside and out.  Luckily, it’s the stuff that tastes great too.  Our recipes don’t feature soy, gluten or any grains.  They are free of milk, a.k.a. baby cow food.  We simply say no to refined sugar, the common man’s cocaine.  Only the highest quality, locally sourced, real food ingredients are utilized.  This is the starting point for great tasting food.

We love to share our food with family and friends.  For years we were asked when we would spill the Paleolithic beans on our secret and share our recipes in a nice little package called a cookbook.  We have finally decided it’s time to go public with our recipes.
