Mr. Abner Luxor, owner of Luxor Studebaker new and used cars, was highly pissed. It was explained to him that the she was LST-666 that many fundamentalist Christians hated "666", it seemed reasonable to name the ship "Sea Devil". In fact, the CO managed to convince the Powers That Be, to change his voice call sign to Sea Devil. Luxor very soon learned he was the Amphibious Expert they were expecting. He began crawling all over the LCVPs to determine their readiness. Bad news. None were ready. Luxor and a couple of chiefs almost came to custicuffs as they worked out their relationship. Now, Luxie, got the LCVP crews to learn how to how use and operate their boats. Suddenly, The CO, LT Ezekia 'Zeke' Carter received orders to Kobe, Japan.
