There are two novelettes in "More Femdom!". One is "Comeuppance" where a man who is a partner in a firm - and something of a rascist, finally raises the ire of his partners - and especially his female employees - to where they feminize him.
In the second, "Reluctant Sissy" the male is a con man fleeing from women he has swindled when he falls afoul of a group of women that specialize in turning men into personal lady's maids (amongst other things).
