The author of this book was born in El Dorado, Arkansas, in 1947. She moved to Detroit, Michigan, in 1966 after graduating from Horace Mann High School. She met Paul Edward Robinson in Little Rock, Arkansas. They were married and had three children before becoming a widow in the summer of 1972.

Martha married Robert B. Moore in 1975 and, from the two marriages plus adoptions, had seven girls and four boys. As of now (year 2016), she is a grandmother of twenty-one and great-grandmother of six children.

Martha is the author of Martha’s Chronicles: The Good, The Bad, The Almighty, It’s In The Book. Also Martha’s Chronicles: Special Prayers, Miracle Testimonies and Poems, It’s In The Book.
