There's The Great Voltar who's as short as he is delusional, unlucky-in-evil gadgeteer Doktor Frogg, muscle-bound nice-guy Reginald 'Red' Menace, and the completely unpredictable Doomageddon, who brings 'bad dog' to a whole other level.
