Soon after being created, Lucifer, in his bloated ego, becomes jealous of God’s power and authority, and plots to seize God’s Throne.  Failing Himself, God assigns the other Archangels to convince Lucifer of his folly.  The main weapons of God’s loyal Angels are truth and love for God, and love and compassion for Lucifer, expressed again and again.  There follows verbal jousting between formidable Archangels.  This verbal duel turns predictably into a violent confrontation between erstwhile friends, one group fighting to save Heaven, the other, seething with evil, wanting to do the impossible, to destroy God.  Lucifer refuses to repent even after God changes his rebellious Angels into demons.  God then commands the Archangel Michael to lead Heaven’s Angels against Lucifer’s demon army.  The stage is thus set for the most significant confrontation ever with the sovereignty of God’s Throne at stake.
