Clean, efficient, civil---Tokyo is a modern marvel. It's also home to the largest criminal organization in the world.

Private Investigator Mia Mio and her partner Yuki are hired by a small-time punk rocker to tail a rich kid and find out if he's doing anything "freaky." But freaky turns to horrifying when they discover the target's sick hobby, and things get even worse after their client goes missing. Throw in a pop idol, a record company CEO, and an angry yakuza boss, and you have a situation that any sane person would hand over to law enforcement; but Mia was born from crazy, and she doesn't have the restraint needed for self-preservation.

Police Superintendent Akio Koga is a family man with a desk job that he worked hard for, but his history with Mia continues to complicate his life. This time it starts with the simple favor of running a license plate number. This quickly escalates into a full blown operation that has him seriously considering his wife's advice: quit.
