Crime and Passion

Sassy crime reporter Rikki Showers is determined to wear down the hard-as-nails Lt. Rodgers as she rides along with him for research for an article series. They have a palpable amount of sexual tension between them. Everyone around them knows that it’s just a matter of time before they succumb to the passion between them. The current case that is in progress is a difficult and challenging one with the potential for danger. Her investigative instincts lead her to believe that Rodgers isn’t as immune to her as he would like her to believe. Amid the twists and turns of a case, Rikki hunts down Rodgers as he hunts down the criminal. Rodgers usually gets his man, and so does Rikki. They learn to work together as the case continues and have better luck than they ever thought possible while they learn that they are a great team for both crime fighting and romantically.
