Without formal education, marketable skills sets or talent of any kind, ludlum "Hozay" Smith goes from abject anonymity to become the lovable and openly corrupt, "Big Deal," Mayor of Fogarea, an alternative universe domicile based on the highway sign, "FOG AREA," warning of impending and quick forming weather patterns.
