Why women's self-esteem is so urgent a topic? Because still we battle against social misconceptions of women as lesser beings. Since we are born, we are the target of social projections that describe us as entities controlled by our emotions, (not reason),  powerless in front of world problems, that should accept guidance and protection to survive...Such environment makes girl anxious about their potential, their chances for the future as self-reliant independent beings and deprives them of a sense of personal power.

Against this pervasive lesser image, we are here to tell you that this image of women as secondary is created by the same people who want to control you. It has nothing to do with your own reality! To start creating a healthier self-image, we need to stop believing messages from people around us, who have an agenda to keep us isolated, poor and subservient. If it not so, let's say that is not such a common practice in the world to invite girls to think about their own future, and what their wishes are...It is not done,

We offer this book for women dealing with low self-esteem on a daily basis,  reflected in daily issues about her body image, her own belief on her mental capacity, as well as the mental power of each woman in the world to achieve the life that they truly want.

With this quick, easy read, women are encouraged to be their own “heroines” by creating their own awesome life story and banishing the “bad elements,” such as negativity, fear, doubt, and self-destructive habits. This book comes with simple “power ups” for you to use immediately in order to start feeling more powerful and more positive with each chapter.

This is a guide for women to grow their self esteem by discovering her own needs and solving them first, then going on to build better relationships, breaking out from isolation, finding support, breaking from the daily routine, and growing their own lives.

Are you ready to begin a new life as the superhero of your own story? Here is your simple and powerful path! Boosting Your Self-Esteem: Be Your Own Heroine!
