Blackthorne’s Woman

A desperate chase through a Colorado snowstorm pits PI Micah Blackthorne against runaway mother and wife, Bethany Corbett.  He has never failed to capture his quarry, but she will do anything to elude her pursuer and keep her infant son safe.  When drawing a gun and attempting to strand Micah in the freezing blizzard fail to keep him at bay, Bethany begins to learn that perhaps the safest place for her is as his prisoner.   In the uneasy atmosphere of a tenuous truce, Bethany struggles to prove her innocence against her husband’s accusations while Micah boldly defies a powerful man to protect mother and child.
