It is not by an accident that from the above scams in the last 20 years (1996-2016) over 6 million “new Wall Street millionaires” were created in the USA and over 400 billionaires. When, before, during more than 200 years (1776 –1991) only 3.6 million “traditional millionaires” were created. The difference is: “traditional millionaires” created and built national wealth versus today’s “New Wall Street millionaires” that got their millions from the above scams, by robbing the American people and the country…
