Welcome to Bayside City, the home of several super heroines who are dedicated to protecting the street from all evil.  Just across the river and tracks is Sugar Town.  The dark side of the city where you can catered to whatever vice you like.  Detective Mick Stone has worked this streets to years and knows all its secrets.  But the cop has put in his papers but before he retires.  He needs to say good bye to some old friends and get his retirement pay.  Meanwhile American Justice is facing an evil that is just a little to close to home.  But like all her foes, they have underesitmated her.
