From Dec 2009 to Aug 2010, I shut down my website and only posted triweekly reports from an immense secret space program which supposedly recruited me. I only let about six people in on the deal. The stat meter on my blog was registering multiple hits daily from Washinton, D.C., and Virginia, where several other government agencies operate. I considered it a hybrid of writing and performance art. I wrote most of it off the top of my head. I would sit down three times a week, staring at a blank wall and visualizing what happened in the past few days.
